Rebekah is a board certified holistic nutritionist, self-taught chef, and founder of You Are Well.  Rebekah believes that nutrition is an important part of the body’s healing process and that healing food should not be bland and restrictive but enjoyable and inspired.  She is passionate about helping people find the complete mind-body-spirit wellness God intended for them to have.
